Join Naturotherapist Shelley Rector for a night of exploration and adventure. We will begin with an exploration of different approaches to meditation, how it can be of benefit in your life and then explore ways to make meditation work for you. We will then explore the meditation process together as I guide you on a journey to connection with your young human self and your spiritual higher self - integrating lessons and gifts into your life today. Please bring a blanket and/or a yoga mat or something that you can lie on comfortably.
